Flowers are my first love (in photography). I sometimes stray to other subjects (e.g., classic cars, rusty trains, etc.), but every time I find myself in a garden, whether my own garden, community garden, or professionally manicured garden, I feel like I am on an adventure to find the right flower in the perfect light. It is a bit of an addiction...I only leave the garden when my eyes are exhausted and I'm sunburned--even then it may take me another hour to get myself to my car as I take just a few more photos.
